In this Eye on the Issues episode, we are honored to have former Wyoming State Legislator and Speaker of the Wyoming State House from 1983 to 1985, Russ Donley, join us. Russ has played a significant role in the advancement of charter school options in the State of Wyoming, and we finally get to hear his story in his own words.
