These criminals can hide behind inefficient and ambiguous laws and rights which increase prosecution costs and incarceration costs. Transportation of illegal drugs is the only place we can catch illegal operations, crossing state lines and still on federal highways that might be just another hideaway. The illegal drug dealers are a bigger set of problems than our new class of legalized drug dealers.
