It will deny benefits to a small group of disabled and critically impoverished people and creates a bigger pool of people diving into a small provisionary state and federally-funded program. Healthcare is not free. Good doctors, nurses, healthcare providers, and institutions can not survive going unpaid. Medicaid is not viable for larger groups of capable people. It will, in the end, limit services to all people across the board. Leading to quality healthcare and healthcare providers being undermined. We have to ask, why do legislators think this is even doable? They think we will get federal funds, but it's a bate and switch game that forces a lie of free healthcare with no consequences onto options that don't allow for genuine care and services. It gives federal and state control over your healthcare options, and who will pay for this? Wyoming citizens! Why would any Legislator consider limiting our healthcare options for backdoor micro-managed federally dictated programs? It is not worth marginalizing the people in the program for increasing a few federal dollars to create an even bigger pool of people that won't allow health services to exist. Prayer will work better than a newly expanded Medicaid program.
